Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?
While we recommend purchasing whole beans for the best flavor, we offer several grind options including Espresso, Stovetop, Filter, and French Press to suit your brewing method.
What is your return policy on food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team within 14 days.
