At Axil Coffee Roasters, we want you to love your brew; if you are unsatisfied with your coffee or equipment purchase, please reach out to us within 14 days of receipt. Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee beans, we cannot accept returns on opened bags, but we are happy to resolve any quality concerns.

Contact Support

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the item.

Receive Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

Secure Packaging

Pack the unused item or equipment securely in its original packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during the transit back to our roastery.

Processing & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
